Hier Blanche is one of the 4 surviving Monochromatic Demons after Skye's rise to power in the Other World. He's serves as Skye's right hand man in the running of the Other World. He is also one of the few beings that Skye actually cares about and if something were to happen to him for Sammy Ann, Skye might not be able to handle it. He keeps his hair long for religious purposes to honor the gods of the Celestian Highs.
